Amazing location with an amazing host. The house is a short tuk tuk ride away from all the shops you would need. Even though we checked in late and in the dark (due to power cut),the host was understanding and helpful, so much so he helped us get our necessities out of his own pocket, which we paid back immediately. The rooms are big with comfy beds and clean bedding. This would be our B&B in Colombo always.

The room was really nice, we had air conditioner, fan and mosquitier so we had everything we could wish for!🤩 The breakfasts were delicious🍌, we woke up late the first day because of jet lag✈️ we had after our flight and the family prepared “breakfast” for us even around 11-12PM which we were really grateful for.😇

Very Clean property. Massive front garden to play Badminton, cricket and football with Kids. Badminton NET, rackets, bat, ball and wickets...etc.. available. Washing machine and Iron board also available. TV with Prime Video & Premium You Tube(Add free). Fast Wi-Fi access to our phones and laptops... Overall excellent. Installed with CCTV and can monitor form Ground Floor and Upstairs monitor in the hallway. Very Safe place.

The property superseded the pictures and our expectations.. This beautiful 2BHK home is designed and managed by Suhini and her family.. just a 15-20 minute car ride away from the hustle of Colombo city, a 3minute walk to the nearest grocery (Cargills).. This cozy home has been decorated so tastefully, green plants around the property.. The house is very clean and tidy.. Super comfortable with soft bed linens, towels, pillows and mattresses.. A home cooked breakfast is available at an additional cost.. Suhini is very helpful and responds promptly to queries.. The detailed description of the property is accurate.. Will gladly book this stay again when I visit Colombo..

At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.

I arrived in Srilanka by arriving in Cottage Garden, such a nice place for stay and take Srilankan temperature. Quite, peaceful, with tortule friends who is walking in the garden. Breakfast was very good and generous.
