This place is magical: a beautiful house immersed in a lush garden, so harmonic and peaceful despite being close to the bustling streets of Kandy. The family owning the property are a lovely bunch who go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, as well as the staff. The design is beautiful, and so is the food, tasty and delicious. I would have stayed longer if I had the opportunity! Cannot recommend this place enough.

We were granted Premium service in this accommodation - superb local guide, great Sri Lankan breakfast like in 3 star hotel, also lovely Ceylon tea with milk/fruit drinks for kids during day after our arrival from sightseeing. Owner is a person, who walks that extra mile to make sure, that quests are happy and have everything they need. Splendid job! Took outstanding care of us - speaks fluent English, he is caring and nice person to talk to. We had two kids with us - accommodation is family friendly, with really comfortable bed and sofa. Also from window you can watch chipmunks, gecons and eagles during day. Whole place was spotlessly clean and nicely furnished with amenities provided. Owner provided us with transport from train to accommodation and offered to drive us to local restaurants and trips free of charge with his SUV - that was really nice of him and save us lot of hustle with local tuk tuk drivers. Our last day, he took us to train station and helped with bags, really great guy! He helped us with train ticket reservation and booking and gave us all info we needed. Accommodation is quite enjoyable, far from busy streets of Kandy - you will find shop just under hill to buy food and water, train station close by. Everything is sorted out on WhatsApp app - don't hesitate to contact Praneeth if you need anything. Breakfast was outstanding - 5 different types of fruit, pancakes, deserts, muffins and sweats, Ceylon tea + coffee, Fruit drinks from fresh papaya. I would highly recommend Sri Lankan option as it was really delicious with local taste. One of the best breakfast in our 3 weeks at Sri Lanka. We had really nice time and we would come back if we visit Sri Lanka again.

The rooms are beautiful as shown in the pictures, offering spacious layouts with large balconies and comfortable bathrooms that offer great value for money. The soothing lighting setup enhances relaxation, and the common areas are well monitored with CCTV for added security. The villa's location is perfect, right in the heart of popular attractions. In addition, the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place.

Very well equipped, spacious and nicely furnished flat in a quiet bucolic setting despite being not far from the main road with its transport options and shops. Good WiFi. Good privacy. The villas are very nice, cozy and clean. The entire property looks amazing, very well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we had breakfast and dinner on our own terrace, they even helped us with the laundry, free of charge, because the service at the hotel they usually work with was not available at that moment.
