So perfect, a whole house in Tokyo. The little touches were lovely, like breakfast arriving each morning and someone from the house team enquiring if there was anything they could help with each day. All very personable. This place allows you to feel you are in Japan, very different from a faceless hotel chain. The sleeping room is a good size and can be sectioned off for privacy. It was airy and light. The shutters could be pulled over to make it dark, perfect for sleeping off jet lag. This was great for myself, adult and teenage sons. The subway is just next door and a well stocked 24 hour shop 3 mins walk up the road. I loved all the quirks and vintage details - like the fishtail window latches.

We’re so glad we chose this home instead of a hotel. The house was spacious and relaxing, perfect for our group with small children. We could spend time comfortably without worrying about noise or space. Although it’s a private rental, it has official hotel licensing, so we felt very secure. Everything was clean and well-prepared. Our kids loved the themed rooms and enjoyed picking their favorite each night. The rooftop terrace with a view of the illuminated Tokyo Skytree was a highlight for the adults — peaceful and memorable. The area was quiet and local, but it was easy to reach major attractions. There were also lots of great restaurants, a sento (public bath), and convenience stores nearby. Family-friendly items like a free stroller, kids’ cutlery, and step stools made a big difference. We could really relax like at home. If you want both the reliability of a hotel and the comfort of a home, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!

Great location in a quiet area. Train station was a 10 minute walk with convenience stores, super markets and drug stores all within a 5 minute walk. There was plenty of room for 4 of us and the water pressure in the shower was great. Would stay here again

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were really friendly and helpful, and they replied very fast. You can ask for help whenever you need. The house is way bigger than most hotel in Tokyo — three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the rooms are far apart so everyone gets their own space. Perfect for families or friends traveling together. Everything was clean, tidy, and beautifully designed — it has a modern Japanese vibe and comes with everything you might need. The location is great too — Although it’s not locate in the famous touristy area, but just a 3-minute walk to Sengakuji Station and 7–8 minutes to JR Takanawa Gateway, so getting to Ginza, Shibuya, or Tokyo Station was really easy.
