We loved our stay here! Our room was so cute and had a lot of character (not just a boring bland hotel room). The hosts were so sweet. We had no issues with noises, even though all rooms were booked.

The owners have thought of everything for their guests comfort. The cottage looks deceptively small outside but is amazing inside. The panoramic windows in the living room have incredible views down the valley. Although it is in a fairly remote location(the nearest town is 20 minutes away), it is just off the main ring road around Iceland. Don’t be worried about road noise. The road is not that busy and you can’t hear a thing inside the house. The kitchen is fully equipped - there’s even a dishwasher. There are other accommodations on the property but nobody bothered us.

The personel have offered us the acommodation in Hoffstadir Guesthouse which is a fantastic place. So my rating concernes this place, which has beatiful view, big comfortable rooms, good beds and include a tasty breakfast. Well done!
