Beautiful property. Well maintained. If you are with elderly family, just have to remember that there are quite a few stairs to to get to your room. In house breakfast was amazing as well.

We rented one of the 3 bedroomed apartments - ground floor of the big house – for 4 weeks. Property was very comfortable and spacious with fans and AC in all the bedrooms. We had a lovely balcony looking out onto the lush, green garden. Plenty of birdlife to spot. Beds were really comfortable and we all slept really well. We had 3 bathrooms with excellent showers. The properties are set in a safe and secure compound near the family home – set back from the road. Quiet and secluded. We have holidayed in this area before and this property is very well located. A 5 minute walk to Palolem beach and 10-15 minutes to Patnem beach. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance and some small local shops nearby. We recommend the family run Kashish café for breakfast, lunch or dinner – it is a 2 minute walk from the property. Its a short auto-rickshaw ride into Chaudi - a busy little town with a great fruit and veg market on Saturday mornings. Our hosts, Prakesh, his wife Pooja and daughter Priya were very friendly and helpful. Prakesh advised us on local attractions, where to get what we wanted and arranged taxis at our request. He will also organise rental of scooters or push-bikes. We booked the property a few months in advance via Priya. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. Priya’s English is very good and she is really helpful and reliable. We had a fantastic holiday staying at this property and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you to Prakesh, Pooja and Priya for looking after us so well.

This hotel was perfect for my first stay in Goa. The food was amazing and the staff were great. Close enough beaches with a short drive you can go to mutiple beaches. The staff went above and beyond for our stay with recommendations of where to go and assisting us with a taxi to the airport when our one fell through. Just a great experience.

We were in the two bungalows facing the beach with a little oasis garden in between (unique in Patnem), lots of vegetation and palm trees helping to hide from the Goa sun :) Bungalow on the right has an open-air bathroom which we really liked. You can hear the waves from the bungalows and there were always sun beds available. The beach is great. The owner Poonam and her daughter were super nice and recommended few good places to eat nearby (must visit Casa Jaali, Nada Brahma and Jaali Boutique Cafe) and she also coordinated to send me back the iPad that I had forgotten in my room when I checked-out of the property. I hope to be back soon to the Patnem Dwarka bungalows.

A place where you feel in heaven. I have traveled to many places in the world and this is definitely one of the most beautiful I have been to. The hotel grounds are huge and full of fruit trees such as mangoes and coconuts. The pickets are clean and new. The pool is perfect.
