Wonderful house! It has everything guests need. Everything is very clean and well-kept. The atmosphere of the house, books, fireplace, everything creates the feeling that this is not a house for renting to guests, but a house in which you live. This is very important for travelers and is necessary for a real vacation. Special thanks to the hospitable owner. It is nice to talk to a real Irishman and feel real Irish hospitality. We recommend this place to everyone!

So pleased we booked this month's ago.Would have loved to stay longer if our itinerary had allowed.Waking up to the view was lovely.The house was well appointed and exceptionally clean.Everything was explained and easy to follow.It was welcoming, warm and a beautiful setting.The bed was the most comfortable yet and we slept well. Fantastic home stay. A reasonably priced, really warm and comfortable large house. Great kitchen, living room and bathrooms. Plenty for five guests. Daniel kindly put the fire on for us when we went for dinner. Helped us arrange taxis and nothing was too much trouble. Highly Recommend Brookfield lodge.

The cottage was welcoming with all the amenities plus a nice welcome package. It was cozy especially with the fire lit and was spacious enough for a family gathering. More importantly it was dog friendly and my two golden retrievers loved it.

We stayed for 4 days wish we could have stayed longer, cottage is really cozy, perfect size, so good even the dog didn't want to leave! Close to beaches for surfing and walks & towns for shopping etc. Smugglers Creek Inn worth a visit for food and sea views. Will be back.

The cottages are absolutely gorgeous! The location is amazing - short walk to the pier. The hosts left some wine in the property for us to enjoy. The fireplace is such a lovely addition - we were also provided with a starter kit for the fire.
