We highly recommend! The facility is new and very comfortable. The owners are very nice and care about cleanliness and the well-being of their tenants. The building is away from busy streets and noise. Each room has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the center and the sea.

We had the most amazing time in this holiday home! The hosts Miho and Baldo made sure that everything was spotless and accommodated for. We arrived late and without any food for dinner, but Miho had already provided bread, ham, cheese, fruit, local wine etc…which meant we had a great meal that evening. The house is so well equipped and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. There are lounging chairs for the beach, paddleboard, rowing boat, beach balls, etc. Our kids had a ball…they didn’t leave the water. The location is superb! It can get busy on the beach, especially at the weekend but the mornings and evenings are just bliss and it’s like having your private beach. The location is stunning! When it gets too busy, there are plenty of areas around the house to retreat to. Baldo recommended us a local restaurant, 15 minutes away with authentic Croatian food which was superb. Thank you for making this holiday special!

Borka, Miljenko, and Judit were exceptional hosts, offering us a seamless transfer from another rental apartment to their beautiful home. While obviously, the lovely outdoor seating areas and garden might be the first thing to praise here, they had one of the most thoroughly stocked apartments I have ever rented, with a gorgeous kitchen with everything you could have thought you might need to cook properly. The bedrooms were spacious, with generous wardrobes, and the beds were really comfortable, the windows perfect for catching night breezes. Slightly off the main drag for the town, but so easy to get to the sandy beaches in the south. Just wish we had been able to stay longer to make the most of their hospitality and beautiful Lumbarda.

Very nice location. Appartment is a cottage located in olive field. No other appartments around so it is very quit. It is not at the seaside, anyhow it is just about 200m to nice beach - just a few minute walk. Beach is at the camp but it is not full. Comparing to mainland beaches it is not crowded. House is well equipped. There is nice terrace in the shadow and one nore "terrace" on the roof with a nice view of countryside and a bit of sea as well.Possitive is a shower in front of the house. There is as well a grill on the terrace. No problem with parking.

Beautiful place with lots of space and great location. Close to the beach, bus stop and short walk to the town and nearby restaurant. Lovely host, even helped us with the local busses and dropped us off at the ferry on our last day. Definitely recommend!!

This was by far our best holiday experience. We enjoyed every minute at this place. The villa was spacious enough for two people, we had our own terrace with day bed, there was hammocks, eating place, a warmed pool, sun beds and an area with dart and golf billiard. We regret that we didn't book more days at this place.
