If you want to feel welcome and have a pleasant stay in this area, go to Eva's house. We did arrive after a long stay at the border and were really tired, and Eva's house welcomed us with some juices, fruits, and food in the fridge.This was such a nice gesture. The house was clean, the AC was working perfectly, and we enjoyed the small things that made us feel welcome. Internet was also working superb, you can park in front of the house and the nights were quiet. For us, the location was great, providing an easy way to the next city, Xanthi, and the beaches Mirodato and Avdira. We can totally recommend Eva's house.

The host was incredibly kind and attentive. His family owns a minimarket right next to the property, and they kept surprising us with thoughtful treats — from fresh watermelon to homemade eggs. Such warm-hearted people! They even took our kids on a little walk around their yard and showed them their chickens, which brought the children so much joy. It was a truly welcoming and memorable experience.

Very nice welcoming from the owners. Quiet and clean location. We arrived late and couldn't find anything open. Owners awaied us with a bottle of wine and helped us to order Pizza.

The house is wonderful, made with a lot of taste and beauty! Located 10 minutes from the beach, and there are inns and shops in the village! We were welcomed with typical Greek drinks, fruits and tyro pita! We felt at home! Nothing was missing in our stay! Quiet, space for cars, wonderful garden, wonderful house and hostess! I recommend!

We had a wonderful 3-week stay between end August and mid September at this small and cosy accommodation and were truly happy with our choice. It was perfect for our little family, as the property offers a very family-friendly environment, with plenty of seating areas, both covered and open, making it enjoyable in all kinds of weather. Our daughter loved the swings. The accommodation was very clean, it made us feel comfortable right from the start. Vintage elements and modern touches of the rooms and decoration added to the honest feeling of being away in an old and quiet Greek mountain village. The newly renovated bathroom and the well equipped kitchen added to the comfort. It was also a pleasure to meet the host and his father while they were maintaining their vegetable garden. A big thank you for the delicious veggies they shared with us! The outdoor BBQ area was another highlight. We got to know some of the other friendly, elderly villagers. As the majority of the buildings they also grow older and fewer, a faith that seem to share villages all over the world in remote and mainly untouched areas. The communication with the host was exceptional quick and helpful, making everything smooth and easy throughout our whole stay. We also got recommendations of what to do and where to go in the area. All in all, it’s a lovely place, especially for families with small children, and we truly felt at home.
