We enjoyed everything. The apartment was clean with high standard and we give the host (Kostas) 5 out of 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The host contacted us weeks before our visit to let us know that he had received our booking and if we had any questions. He was super service minded from the day we booked our stay to the very last minute. And he was quick to answer any questions or other concerns. Every night Kostas and his wife lighted candles in the garden which was very cozy and appreciated by us. Kostas helped with arrangements of transportation from and to the airport. And he drove us to the metro station one day when we wanted to explore Athens. Everything was super and a lot of it was because of the host being super friendly and helpful with everything. The apartment is close to the beach, coffee shops, bakery, restaurants and a supermarket etc. Everything is in walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is in a quiet area, just on the outskirts of the most busy parts. We really enjoyed that and still have everything close by, just a walk away. You do hear the airplanes taking off, but we didn’t think about much. You barely notice when inside. The bedroom is were quiet, dark and equipped with an AC. We will definitely rent this apartment again when visiting Athens. We can really recommend staying here.

We stayed in a family bungalow which was great and had everything we needed. Lovely pool, everything was clean and tidy. Being able to rent a tuk-tuk was fun and having a shop next door came in handy. Lovely holiday!

We haven't booked nicer apartment on booking. This place is such a beautiful experience. We didn't miss anything. I think you can easily spend half a year here. The kitchen was well equipped, we could cooked everything we wanted. The coffee, cookies and tea was included. In the evening we sat in the garden and enjoyed watching the planes. If I ever visit Artemida again, I will stay in this hotel.

Comfortable, bright two bedroom flat with extra bed in lounge area and roomy kitchen which sadly we didn’t use but it’s clearly been a home and it was spotless. Double bed really comfy and single beds both fine. We didn’t meet the hosts but they sent us all the info we needed and were really gracious about early check in and very late check out. The area is suburban with a 10 mi Ute walk to shops and eating place. The local roads are in bad repair and ther’s no street lighting making it unsuitable for anyone unsteady on their feet ( and we had an 85 year old with us). This is no reflection on the property as it seems pretty common in the Athenian suburbs. The flat is close to a beautiful local church and on Sunday the church bells ring out at 7am, 8am and 8.20am which was a bit of a surprise, but again seems normal for Athens. We only stayed one night before going to the airport and for us it was great. Happy to recommend

Beautiful huge apartment with amazing views. Chris our host was so helpful, hospitable and gave us such great recommendations on where to eat when we arrived late evening. He also organised our transfers from the airport and was very obliging with the best communication. Simply the best start to our trip

Stylish little villa with a terrace and a beautiful sea view in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect location at the beach not far from the airport. But above all it has an amazing host! Mr. George didn’t mind my late arrival, sent me all the necessary information and tips, accepted a late check out and even proposed a transfer to the airport. Absolutely recommend! :-)

The location gives the feeling of a countryside, nice to have kids play zone however the area around house is quite small. Jakuzzi may be a great fun but for us it was a bit too cold. Cosy feeling with fire place - very usefull in cold days

A small flat with a magnificent view over Artemida, the sea and the island of Evia. Restaurants and shops are nearby. The flat is cozy and charming with a collection of interesting old Greek books. Parking is just outside the door. There is coffee in the cupboard.
