The host was very friendly and polite and did much to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They offered us fruit from their trees and wonderful homemade olive oil. True Greek hospitality. They gave us great recommendations for places to eat, shop and swim. The property itself is a heaven of peace at the edge of the village, with an amazing view to the hills. It is very well made and decorated, safe, incredibly clean and well organised for a self-catering holiday. Good air conditioning. Well equipped terrace to relax. Situated by an olive grove with many lovely trees, plants and flowers growing. Perfect for a family holiday and for travellers who want to get away from it all. It is a short hike to the beach if you do not hire a car but getting around is easy on that part of the island and the nearby beaches are crystal clear and accessible. Pity we only stayed a couple of days. Thank you so much for this experience, we'll be sure to stay longer next time and recommend to our friends! Myrto

Our experience at Anthos Residence 1 was simply perfect. The apartment is new, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything you might need – even beach towels were provided! The location is ideal, in the part of the island with the most stunning beaches. The hosts were absolutely delightful – they welcomed us with fresh fruit and cold water, and on our departure, they even gifted us a bottle of their own olive oil. We will never forget their kindness and warm hospitality. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Superb Brand new house with plenty of space inside and out. Two bedrooms and two shower rooms. Dining tables outside plus sun-loungers. Big kitchen with everything you need.Plenty of siting area with large tv. Set in a lovely quiet area just a few hundred meters from main town which has more than plenty of shops and restaurants. Lovely owners which met us on arival , and checked again during the week if we were ok or needed anything . Very highly recommended.

Great spacious accommodation equipped with everything that you might need, from cleaning products to a first aid kit. There were so many little touches that made staying here so special, from the bottle of local wine and honey to fruit, milk, jam, coffee pods, numerous bottles of water etc. It was like walking into your own home. Maria was wonderful and friendly, bringing us freshly cooked delicious pastitsio to enjoy just after our arrival. This is Greek hospitality at its best. Everything provided was generous and in abundance. We enjoyed the stay very much and loved the village atmosphere. Maria was also very helpful in making it possible to trace family members from decades ago which made our stay here really special.
