This is an excellent location if you drive as the apartment has private parking, which is quite a challenge in Chania. The apartment is <15 mins walk to historic center along the seafront and will be a romantic stroll in the evenings. The old lighthouse, shopping streets, and seafront restaurants are within easy reach. You can have breakfast in front of the apartment, and the sofa bed is very comfortable with the additional mattress provided. Excellent host that will ensure that your stay and visit to Chania is perfect!

Staying at the tree house has been a unique experience for us - my littles loved it so much! 🌳I particularly enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the overall setting, which felt like our own personal garden filled with sterlitzias and palm trees and cozy spots to sit and enjoy a good book. 🍷The little balcony and the treehouse itself offered beautiful views of the sea, adding to the charm. It was so relaxing, clean and inviting! We liked it very much, and the host was really hospitable. The managing office were also very helpful in organizing our stay. I would highly recommend this place. 👌🏻

The villa is much larger than the pictures make out, it’s very peaceful, it was clean and has been well maintained. Anna’s communication was great from start to finish. A week wasn’t enough I wish we could have stayed longer. We found so many amazing beaches just 15 mins drive with lots of tavernas with great food, I loved this villa so much it was perfect for myself my partner and my two kids. We would definitely recommend to book this villa.

**Review for Fortuna Villa** We had a fantastic stay at Fortuna Villa! Nestled just a 5-minute drive from Georgioupolis, this newly built villa offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and serene privacy. While there’s no public transport to the villa, having a car is well worth it for the beautiful surroundings and the hidden gem that this place is. Accessing the villa involves a steep track, but it's completely manageable and adds to the sense of seclusion. Once inside, we were delighted by the modern bathrooms and kitchen, which made our stay feel incredibly luxurious. The security shutters were a thoughtful touch, allowing us to sleep peacefully without any concerns about safety. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxation, featuring four sun beds and a lovely undercover seating area with garden furniture. We really appreciated the pool cleaning service that came during our visit, ensuring everything was pristine for our enjoyment. Plus, the Smart TV in the open-plan lounge, complete with Netflix and Prime, allowed us to unwind with our favorite shows in the evenings. The villa is just a couple of minutes from Kournas Lake, which is a beautiful spot to explore, though it can get a bit busy with tourists. The best part? We felt completely away from the hustle and bustle while enjoying our time by the pool and dining outside. Overall, we had a lovely stay and truly appreciated the welcome hamper left for us upon arrival. The access instructions were clear and easy to follow, making our arrival stress-free. Thank you for a wonderful experience at Fortuna Villa! We can’t wait to return!
