The property is at the top of a steep hill with magnificent views to the beautiful Ionian Sea. There is direct access to Agios Nikitas Beach. Our villa was very comfortable with a decent sized private pool. There is a cocktail bar and restaurant on the adjacent property. Our hosts communicated well from the outset and were very helpful and supportive during our stay. We enjoyed a delicious home cooked meal in our villa purchased from our hosts

Very nice and helpful owner, very nice house in the middle of an olive garden. It even has a waschmaschine and shady porch for relaxing. Not so far to town, where is everything what you need. In town there is also a small beach. We had a car and another awesome beach was 5 min away.

Great location, spotless facilities. Great choice for families. Great sea views. Amazing sunsets. Plenty of safe parking space. Extremely friendly hosts, who are easy to communicate with. The private swimming pool (separate pool for each maisonette) is cleaned everyday before you wake up. Agios Nikitas is a vibrant village. Shops, tavernas and a very nice beach are 5 min walk away. If you rent a car you can visit many other beautiful places on the island. Highly recommended!

The villa was great. Our host Hagen was really helpful and provide us with all needed things. There was everything(from sugar to wine). The pool was clean. We completely fell in love with this villa. If usually there is instagram vs reality then this house was far beyond instagram and much much more than we expected. We lived in a dream. Everything was perfect to smallest detail like matching bed linen, pool towels and bath robes. Villa is really modern, comfortable and with fantastic design. From infinity pool you have masmerizing view - sea and mountains. Breakfast was served near pool, previous evening we ordered breakfast via app on ipad and next morning it was served. We really felt like in hollywood movie - everything was fresh and delicious. Villa provides all services so you do not need to leave it - you can order diner from different restaurants with delivery to villa. And we ordered massage service which was held near pool - fantastic relaxing experience. And owner Stella is another story to tell - she is stunning and charismatic. She greeted us and prepared welcome snacks and wine, very nice touch. She is friendly and was available throughout our stay with an excellent suggestions and personal approach. 100% recommend!

A hidden gem! The cozy house is located in an old olive grove with a wonderful and well-kept garden. Everything is arranged and cared for thoughtfully and with love. There are many different seating possibilities outside, even relaxation chairs and sun beds. The new boxspring bed is wonderful to sleep on. The lights at night make the place feel almost enchanted. We really really enjoyed our stay and were so sorry when we had to leave... Chris is a charming and wonderful host! Thank you so much again for everthing!!
