Just returned from a two night stay with friends, we had the best time! Wayne kept in touch from when the booking was made and everything ran smoothly. When we arrived at the house we were blown away, it is such an amazing property, it was spotlessly clean and all decorated ready for Christmas. The hot tub was amazing, the nightclub with karaoke was so much fun, the cinema room and lounge were great to just chill in, there’s also a pool table where our competitive sides came out😂there’s nothing negative I can say about our stay here and will definitely be returning again. I would highly recommend The Funhouse 10/10 xx

We liked the pleasant and quiet location of the Avenue, there are some shops nearby including an exceptional Pharmacy and Fish & Chips shop. There are plenty of Churches in the area. Also the bungalow is near to Lytham St Anne's shops and to the sea front. If we hadn't both been ill with tonsillitis and cold symptoms which meant that we were unable to go out much, we would have really enjoyed our holiday here. Fortunately there is a large well kept garden outside at the back of the property where a table and chairs have been provided. The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher as well as a fridge freezer, microwave and an oven and grill. On the other side of the kitchen there is an electric hob and an electric kettle. The bungalow is spacious, clean including linens and tasteful decor throughout. There is a large dining table and chairs in the dining area and two comfortable sofas in the lounge and TV.
