The property was full of character with its very steep staircases, uneven floors and wooden beams. It was beautifully clean and warm. On entering the property we were greeted by a lovely Christmas tree twinkling away and the cuff lovely cosy little living room. It made us feel very festive. The mince pies, crisps & milk, were a nice touch and received gratefully and the beds were so comfy. All three of us slept really well; my sister, my best friend and I.

Pretty property & area very relaxing a lot of thought put in supplying board games & books for children if you have them. Also a nice little welcome pack was left for us. Ducks in the grounds were a delight & food for them was supplied which we replaced for next residence.

We stayed here for a mini break on the Norfolk coast. The house is beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. We were a 20 min drive to Wells, Holkham, Burnham Market, Blakeney and we visited all 3. The host is easily accessible and responds promptly to any questions. We would highly recommend.

A big space for a terrace cottage. Ideally suited and priced really for 4 people or a small family. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Central heating plus the log fire if you needed it. The main bedroom has a toilet and shower just off the top of the stairs. The second room, a twin, has an en suite shower. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Lounge has a TV with a Firestick. The phone signal was patchy at best but the Wi-Fi was very good. Well located for any of the Norfolk coastal attractions and beaches, Holt and Fakenham are only a short drive either way. Parking is just up few yards up the road on a grassy area. I wouldn't recommend parking outside the property as it narrows the road a bit.

What a gorgeous property. I remember when it was a retail unit and it has been converted so thoughtfully and beautifully. Every detail considered from plenty of throw blankets to excellent knives. Loved being opposite Walsingham Farm Shop and in such a great location for the village (was visiting on pilgrimage)

A beautiful cottage, well furnished, clean and tidy. Ideal for our visit to the area to attend a family wedding. 10 minute walk into Fakenham, which is a lovely town with a good variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. The cottage was well stocked in the kitchen, everything you could need in a self catering establishment. Beds very comfortable. Living room a good size. Bathroom lovely with a good powerful shower. Would definitely stay here again, we all really loved this cottage, a home from home.

I was sent full details and pictures before my arrival, which was a great help and much appreciated. The cottage was so lovely, warm and cosy, a good size and had everything I needed, felt very homely. The sofa was very comfortable, and could have easily stayed in the comfy bed! A lovely quiet location, very picturesque and plenty around the area to visit. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when back in the area :)
