Great place to stay outside of town in the ‘jungle’, monkeys, humming birds inclusive. The wooden homes are equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Modern, clean and comfortable. 5min drive from Samara Beach. Friendly and helpful host. Definitely recommend staying here!

Socheata was a fantastic host. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a stress-free, enjoyable stay! Her house was fantastic; it was spacious, relaxing, and well-equipped. Private cabin, parking, hot water for shower, full kitchen and AC was on point ❣️ We LOVED that it had a washer in the cabin and the WiFi was so fast. Also the satellite had English Channels with HBO, etc. The view was gorgeous, near shopping centers for groceries, perfect location. We loved it and Karolina was a fabulous host. Definitely we will be back and recommend this gem. Thank You 😊

Large modern house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fantastic setting with green flowery gardens, a small lovely pool and tennis and pickleball courts which we rented a few times. In total around 15 houses in the condominium. We stayed there for around a week and really enjoyed it. We had a car which made it easy to move around, but note that Nosara center and restaurants and beach is quite far away. Our neighbors however said they got around easily with a tuk-tuk and we saw several golf carts rentals. The house we got was reasonably well equipped, but towels were quite old and some plates were missing. Houses are built in around 2017 and in OK quality (not US/European quality). Management is super friendly and helpful, but a little laissez faire; around 10 spots/light bulps were not working, pool was not cleaning daily during windy days and full of leaves, etc. We would come back should we ever return to Nosara (and had an own vehicle).

Our stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in Sámara was perfect! Tucked away in a peaceful spot just minutes from the beach, coffee shops, and fantastic local restaurants, the location couldn’t have been more convenient — everything we needed was just a short walk away. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning. The indoor-outdoor flow made it feel like we were living in a private tropical paradise. Inside, the space is modern, spotless, and beautifully designed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning kept everything cool and comfortable after a day in the sun. The little touches made a big difference too — fresh pool towels, plenty of storage, and a kitchen that had everything we needed. Security was top-notch, and we always felt completely safe and at ease throughout our stay. This apartment is the ideal blend of comfort, style, and beachside living. Whether you're here for surfing, exploring, or just unwinding under the Costa Rican sun, this is a great place to stay
