We enjoyed the woodstove and BBQ. Comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed and the selection of games and movies was appreciated. The location with the running water out back felt very remote, while being close to amenities in town.

It was a fantastic stay, hot tub was nice and warm, shower had great water pressure.Very peaceful. Had a little cat come say hello too, very friendly. Will be back again for sure!

Nice view, maybe we'd request for the lower suite next time. It will work better with kids. Also convenient for us because of the kitchen with complete kitchen items.

If you love nature then this is the place for you. Harold has done an amazing job in making the property fit right into the surrounding landscape and the wildlife that lives in it. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. there was not one thing that could have been better, thank you Harold and the Inn the Estuary for making my visit to Nanoose Bay even more memorable.

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning and the place was clean and well maintained. We also liked that it was a close walk to the beach, children's park, pool and hot tub.

Very nice updated suite. Very clean and well appointed. Quiet location. Did not see any staff around the resort but off season likely the reason. Facilities well maintained. Highly recommend...great value! Close to Parksville.

If you say that someone is willing to go the extra mile, you mean that they are willing to make a special effort to do or achieve something. Well this is what Jennifer has accomplished at The Beach House. Yes, you get the view and a fantastic house but it's the small things... look in any cupboard and you'll find something extra (from the fully stocked spice rack to the Beach House Wine which was waiting on arrival). Garden games and kayaks all available for outdoor fun and books and puzzles for those rainy evenings. The guide was just fantastic, from local hikes, places of interest to full menus of local eateries, it had it all. For three days this felt like home away from home and that is the best you could ask for. Just loved it
