From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—the host provided clear instructions, easy key code access, and excellent communication throughout. The condo itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the views were stunning. We loved relaxing in the Jacuzzi and taking advantage of the indoor pool—it made the getaway feel extra special. The location couldn’t have been better: quiet, safe, and close to everything in Pigeon Forge. It was perfect for our girls’ trip, but I can easily see it being ideal for families too. The price was fantastic for all the amenities offered, and as first-time users of this type of rental service, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be recommending this Cozy Retreat to friends and family, and we can’t wait to come back!
