Its clean, there were some waters and stocked with all the essentials. I had given my estimated arrival time, and they had the AC on and the room was cool upon my arrival which was really appreciated. The 2 beds are both very comfortable and the pillows are fantastic. The curtain are thick so it stays pretty dark and the sunlight doesn't wake you up. It has lots of storage space which is rare. The bathroom was fully stocked with extra towels. The host has been incredibly accessible via messages. Its about 200-250 meter to the SM mall which is nice. There isn't a laundry there yet, but there is a service nearby that has pickup and drop off service which was very convenient. No complaints, highly recommend it.

The proximity of 24/7 restaurants also make food deliveries fast, even in the wee hours of the morning. The owner is also responsive and answers questions promptly. Will choose this property again when I go home. Hopefully it is available by then 🤞.
