The apartment was clean and spacious. It's on excellent location near the shops, restaurants and Budva beaches and the old town. The hostess Stefana was really helpful and friendly. Budva itself is a bit building site at the moment and lot of rubbish on beaches. We took bus to Petrovac which was nice and calm little village.

The apartment is newly built and the furniture is also new. The kitchen and the appliances are also new and good brands. It is a non smoking apartment thus the air conditioners function perfectly. The entrance door and the elevator are electronic so no classic key is to be carried over. Everything is clean and fresh. I was there with my family and it is ok. In my view exception is the generalization that the appartment can be used by four or five people. For extra charge of 7 euro per night parking was secured for my vehicle in the basement.

The apartments are located slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town (about 1.5–1.9 km), but this creates a pleasant tranquility while remaining close to the beach and the center. The host is incredibly friendly and supportive. He assisted us with our pre arrival, was polite and decent at all time. He responded within a very short period of time and ensured our arrival was smooth. In addition to that tour and transportation was organized by him as well. The Apartment is in a great location in a small village with great facilities and a quiet beach strip. The private parking ensured that our car would be standing in the condo. The rooms are spacious and the two balconies are offering the best view you can imagine. The kitchen is well equipped and a supermarket is in walking distance. We highly appreciated the welcome amenities that made our stay more comfortable. The washing machine allowed us to wash our clothes throughout our stay. The host paid a lot of attention to detail and to quality products. Which is outstanding! The pool area is within the condo and offers same as the beach a great place to relax. The accommodation is located approx. 30 mins. from Tivat Airport or 1,5hrs to Dubrovnik Airport. Unlike other areas Risan is still very calm and not crowded with tourists. We enjoyed our family trip a lot as there were 3 bedrooms over two floors. Everyone had enough privacy and the neighborhood is very quiet and friendly too. The host is very pet friendly. We absolutely enjoyed our trip and can only recommend this apartment.
