There's a Starbucks across the road, a great pub on the diagonal and the excellent Beltliner Diner a few mins walk away. This is a great apartment in an excellent location. Having an internal garage car park is a huge plus - our previous Calgary accommodation had an outdoor park that was often parked in!! I recommend you check this out when you are booking.

Really ideal location and good value. Clean and comfortable, air conditioning was appreciated, as the day was hot and the street was noisy, and it helped cover the sounds. He provides pictures and step by step on how to check in, find parking, enter the building/condo. Stayed at a hotel in Edmonton about a month ago and I regret not finding this place sooner! Condo was Beautiful, clean, tidy, spacious! It was such an amazing location. We visited from Calgary for a concert and the stadium was a 9 minute walk! Lots of restaurants/fast food around the corner. Loved the kitchen. We only stayed a day so we didn’t get to enjoy the patio they had. Overall 10/10. Will be booking for a longer stay next time!
