Location was perfect. The flat was very clean. All necessary things for a short city break were provided, from the kitchen utensils, to bedroom sheets and towels.

Andy is the perfect host! Excellent and fast communication, punctual with key drop off and collection. From the first contact to leaving the property everything went super smoothly. The apartment is pristine!!! Bed super comfy and even has brand new, unused saucepan and pot if you feel like cooking something. Shower is lovely! Hot water on demand. Windows have great sound and heat insulation and the studio is lovely and warm at all times. The complex grounds are beautiful and green, with bars, coffee shops, supermarket and bakery all onsite, but it doesn't feel busy and it's not noisy. Walking "home" around midnight I noticed everything closed and the whole complex was beautifully peaceful and quiet. The property is around 5mins walk from the main road which is full of bars, coffee shops, clothes shops and everything else one finds on a busy high street. There's always people walking about on the main road, and the area felt very safe. About a 25min walk to the city centre. All in all a wonderful first experience in Tirana and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you Andy!!!!

Elma was a lovely host! We truly enjoyed our time there - the place had an amazing location, and had every supply we needed. It was a beautiful, renewed space with a great view to the harbor, and very cute balconies. The apartment was modern , greatly furnished with taste. We were happy with everything.

During my stay at Valeur City Center Condo, I had a very pleasant and stress-free experience. The location is one of the best in Tirana, with everything nearby and easily accessible. The building is modern, well-maintained, and has an elevator. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. The view from the apartment was amazing, especially overlooking the Catholic Church. The host was very kind and made the check-in process smooth. Every detail was well thought out to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tirana, and I will definitely be coming back!
