She was the nicest person I’ve met, always available for any question, helped us with great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, and even sent us tips for our next destination. After we had already moved on, she still checked in to make sure we arrived safely and were enjoying ourselves. Truly exceptional service, far beyond expectations – it made our stay something really special.
