They gave us the biggest room near the the reception and the restaurant because my husband is disabled without charging us any extra fees.. they were or are very generous. All out for every extras in the whole hotel. Amazing what they do for one to feel comfortable!!!

Peaceful, Tranquility in the middle of a busy area is hard to find. Thats exactly what this place represents. Nice clean area with friendly stuff, coupled a Caring & Hands on Owner. Breakfast was Super- Near great Facilities Like Monte Casino(Fun). CRC(Church) what else can one ask for? Will definitely consider it every time I do shot left around the area. The staff were simply amazing! They were so incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The cleanliness of the entire hotel and the rooms was superb. We travel a lot and this was beyond compare. Excellent breakfast. Great security. Access to Montecasino and surrounding suburbs and motorways was superb. Charlotte Rhys bathroom products and Wedgewood cookies massively appreciated.

It was a lovely hotel. The staff were amazing The first night I noticed my sheets were damp. I started to cough and was very cold all night. The next day I noticed my sheets were changed and when I sat on the bed my back became soaking wet. I noticed the sheets had been changed and were so wet I could wring the water out. My whole bed was wet. I called the housekeeper and they apologised and changed my sheets they gave me dry ones. We always stay at this beautiful hotel. And my family always stay here. We love the spa and casino. Because I was there only two nights and became very sick from the wet sheets. I won’t ever stay there again. It was embarrassing to complain but I could not sleep in soaking wet sheets. The chamber maid apologised to me. But I ask myself. Why did she put wet sheets on my bed first the second night in a row. Very disappointing.
