The location was in a very quiet arear, and i also enjoyed the environment. It was a farm-like environment, enjoyed watching at little creature that was rooming around, the staff was quick to respond when you require something. Very friendly staff and always put on a smile. I liked the fact that, it was very easy to check-in even though we arrived very late, the host made it very easy for us. At times we get concerned when doing the booking, because you are not sure if you are not being scammed, the host called me immediately after i mad payment, that alone put in at ease, she explained everything from check-in and assured me that, they would be reachable anytime should we require assistance.

We only sleep over at Coastal Cottage, but I was very impress with the view of the garden which was need and tidy and it let me think of my grandma's garden. Everything is good prepared for the guest for whether you arrived in time of during the power went out or whether you arrived when it's on, because there's a gas stove and kettle for your need when there is no power and there is an electric kettle. They really think of everything. The cough is so soft you can easily get asleep on the cough when you are tired from being on the road.

Amazing stay !! Rean is a fantastic host, available and full of recommendations! Even advised for our next steps in SA. the House is fully equiped, pool area super nice, some fresh fruits, amenities, and all equipment of great quality and conditions ! We only wish we would have planned to stay more!!! Note that the oceanside is a few step down with incredible view !!!!

Warm welcome on arrival and very comfortable place to stay. Lovely room with the most beautiful view - we found it hard to leave the room!! The beach is beautiful for early morning stroll. Very clean and hardly used. Lovely communal patio area, but we mainly used the beautiful private balcony in our room. Pearl White Sands is definitely a place we would return to without hesitation!

What a wonderful stay — but far too short. During our trip along the Garden Route, we absolutely wanted to do a game drive, so we booked one night here. But take our advice: one night here is simply not enough. To fully experience this place, you actually need at least two, maybe even three nights. Anyway, for anyone looking for a true safari experience in the western part of South Africa, there’s only one thing to say: Botlierskop is absolutely the right choice. Of course, it’s not Kruger — but hey, you know that in advance, and this reserve is clearly very well managed, and sustainably too. As for the accommodation: absolutely fantastic. Extremely spacious tented lodges with every imaginable comfort — and what views! We stayed in one of the lower lodges overlooking a pond where rhinos and buffaloes came to drink, just a few meters below us — truly breathtaking. The 3.5-hour game drive at sunset was educational and perfectly guided by Mel. The fact that we didn’t see lions didn’t matter at all — the rhinos, hippos, elephants, buffaloes, cheetahs, wildebeests, giraffes and zebras more than made up for it. Finally, the staff were friendly and discreet — what more could you ask for? We’ll definitely be back, next time with our children. Thank you!

Vineam Castle Manor is a truly special, family-run business. The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming, and the property itself is absolutely stunning. If you’re looking for an authentic, homey feel with a fairytale twist, this is the perfect place. We stayed for three nights and honestly could have stayed much longer. It was so relaxing, peaceful, and all-round wonderful. Highly recommended!
