Very spacious house surrounded by a beautiful garden with everything you may need. Excellent internet via fiber. We really enjoyed our stay. And special thanks to Anneline for calling us, cause we forgot our power adapter. So nice!

Communication was very nice & easy. Very friendly Anneline was welcoming us on arrival to hand over keys and explain how things work. Great quite & big place with super lovely garden and enough space also two Braai options, inside and outside. Just around the corner from the main road. Very clean and with a good sense for "design" and all things in the kitchen for your needs.

Oupoort Eco is the ideal place to relax and relieve yourself from all daily stress. The location to be when you're looking for digital detox, as well as going back to the past. For those worrying about the feedback, there is an open air office area where there is Wi-Fi. And there is also light from solar panels. The hosts are very friendly and willing to assist you in either way, from scenic drives over the farm area, night drives to try to find porcupine and aardvark (no guarantee, it's real wildlife), or some of their delicious karoo lamb chops or fresh eggs. Would definitely advise the location when you're looking for an outback adventure.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful period home. The house is gorgeously maintained, full of character, and absolutely spotless. It was incredibly comfortable and cosy throughout our visit. The owner and staff were exceptionally responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay and would happily return!

This is a increadeble place! You will never experience the same in other places. There is no electricity, but they have capable powerbank to charge a phone and even a laptop. There is a fridge, hot water, drinking water, gas and stove to cook. Also they have a fireplace, you can make a bbq there too. There is no wifi and there is a weak mobile internet connection. Also no neighbors for few hundred meters. You will not see them, you will not here them. Best place to find a contact with nature. I didn't meet wild animals.

Johanna [the caretaker of the house], met us there on arrival. Warm and Friendly. The owner, Chantelle, and Johanna was only a call away if we had any questions or needed assistance in any way. We loved the house itself! It had all you needed to be comfortable and to relax in a small farm village. Fireplace was amazing. The beds and rooms were great. The kitchen was cosy, and we adored the lounge. We will most definitely go there again.
