This place is the perfect place for relaxing holiday. There is a beautiful garden with various kinds of plants and very quiet. We enjoyed morning walk after breakfast. All staff are very friendly and professional. Our room was clean and cozy with a big bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.

The Opstal accommodation is located in the beautiful Slanghoek valley with stunning, breathtaking views of mountains and vineyards. It has everything for a comfortable stay, including braai facilities and a hot tub (wood is available at the accommodation). The place is spacious and beautifully designed with great thoughtfulness. It was clean, neat and beautifully decorated. There are board games provided. The hot tub has amazing panoramic views. We enjoyed the complementary gifts provided by the friendly and welcoming host, Karmin. The Opstal restaurant offers delicious food, wine tasting and is located within walking distance. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back.

It´s a very lovely place in the midlle of the wine yards. And soooooo green and even more Agapanthus flowers.

It was a perfect rural setting. Definitely away from the city! Maryke, the host, is very hands on, very accommodating. The coffee shop near by is excellent for breakfast and lunch.

A very friendly and helpful host who offered to store my bike in the garage and even offered an (unusual) very late checkout so I could have a shower after racing the Imbuko big 5 MTB race. The place has solar so it's not affected by load shedding.

Gives little away from the outside, but around the back (where the rooms are) is a gorgeous pool area with sun loungers and shaded seating, which feels like a mini resort. The room was a very good size with a great shower, very comfy bed and a good wifi connection (they have a generator too). 10 min walk into town for numerous bar and restaurant options.
