Kruger Gate Hotel is a fantastic location right at the entrance to Kruger Park, making it incredibly convenient for wildlife enthusiasts. We took a safari organized by the hotel and were thrilled to see all the animals from the Big Five. The pool is wonderful and offers a stunning view of the river, where we had the unique opportunity to see elephants, antelopes, hippos, and giraffes coming right up to the edge.

What an amazing place!!! The tents were beautifully appointed, so luxurious. We had a front tent overlooking the river and were able to see lots of game at the river & around our tent, including Zebra, Impala, a Hyena, Bush Buck & Vervet Monkeys. The staff were wonderful, so attentive & helpful. Special shout-out to Aubrey who was on duty overnight, kept us safe & shared some stories with us. This was the absolute highlight of our stay in Kruger, we will definately stay again.

Our stay couldn't have been better. The staff made us feel like home since minute 1. The game drives were absolutely amazing, our guide was very knowledgeable and we saw lots of animals. The reserve is in front of a river, we saw elefants and lions from the room. It's a bit on the pricey side, but I believe it's worth every penny.

The room is amazing with an outside shower. The restaurant is fabulous and the food is great. The evening entertainment was good. The game drives made the whole stay. James was amazing, couldn't ask for a better guide.

The lodge was super great with facility more than everything we needed, with private pools and bath tub and also day bed outside to see the view. Great location in the middle of Kruger NP. We could see elephant walking in the dry riverbed from our room. The food and drinks were excellent, good quality and great taste. Game drive was super cool and super. Our ranger was very professional, and experienced that we could track to see more animals outside the main roads. All staffs are helpful with great hospitality. It is expensive, yes, but it is worth the money for sure.

It is very conveniently located near the airport and elegantly furnished. Exceptional staff: helpful, friendly, smiling. For Europeans, almost too concerned with the guests’ well-being. They can solve any problem smoothly. Credit card payment everywhere. Didn’t check the pool, temperature wasn’t too inviting. We might come back on our honeymoon. The picture is the entrance of the village, the lodge itself is in the same style but more elegantly designed. If you wanna impress your gal, you’ve found the right place.
