Secure parking. Comfy bed. Hot shower. Back up for load shedding and water cut offs. Lovely host. Always responsive to messages and helpful with recommendations in the area. Walkable to local shops and an uber ride further afield. Nice breakfast. We had a great stay and would stay again.

The room is spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and nice. The breakfast is awesome, it has both buffet and a chef if you want something express. The location is good and safe. The staff is friendly and open to help you. Highly recommended!

The minute I set foot in this hotel, I loved it so much that I booked another night. It’s luxurious in every way, yet somehow still homely and intimate. Every member of staff was not only kind and thoughtful in helping me with my bags and storage, accommodating last-minute requests, etc—but went above and beyond to ensure guest happiness. Everyone was incredible and deserves high praise, although I must give special thanks to the head of guest experience (Francine?). Best service I have ever seen, even relative to other 5-star properties. The food was superb…I particularly enjoyed the peri peri chicken, malva pudding, and watermelon chilli mocktail. I also loved this lavender/white chocolate drink they made with nondairy milk…ugh I’m getting hungry just thinking about it! I should also note how conveniently located it is—literally right by Rosebank Gautrain, with nearby shops, restaurants, etc. Thank you for a fabulous stay! This is the only place I wish to return when next in Johannesburg, and I passionately recommend this hotel to all.

Peaceful, Tranquility in the middle of a busy area is hard to find. Thats exactly what this place represents. Nice clean area with friendly stuff, coupled a Caring & Hands on Owner. Breakfast was Super- Near great Facilities Like Monte Casino(Fun). CRC(Church) what else can one ask for? Will definitely consider it every time I do shot left around the area. Great location, staff friendly and very helpful. Great selection for breakfast, the terrace bar is lovely to sit out and have a drink. We had parking included which was really convenient. Room was spacious and the turndown treats were delicious!
