I liked the communication from the team where they called and make sure we have everything we need for our stay. They also anticipate and make preparations for loadshedding even before it happens. As a result, we did not experience any loadshedding.

I loved how clean the place was. The rooms are beautiful the decorations are modern and the staff is very friendly from the moment you enter the gate the security is friendly aswell as the receptionist and cleaners. I loved that the staff could understand different languages so communication was easy.
