I have been fortunate enough to stay at some of the best 5-star resorts in the world but the service and customer experience at the oyster box is simply unmatched. every single employee goes above and beyond for every guest. it is absolutely amazing. we celebrated my mum’s 60th birthday at the hotel, spent 3 nights there and had a private party as well. everything was flawless.

Finesse. That's all that comes to mind. Luxury sprinkled with good positive vibes. Rooms exceeded expectation and the food in the restaurant was exceptional. I don't think I could find a reason to stay anywhere else in Durban.
