United Arab EmiratesWe liked how the chalet had everything needed for an excellent stay. The chalet was clean and had all necessary items in the kitchen. We also liked the toiletries provided. The property is situated a little less than an hour from Orpen Gate so it is a great place to stay if you plan to visit Kruger Park (and neighboring areas). Tegan was helpful in, giving us info about the area, checking us in and helping us get situated in the chalet. I wish we stayed longer to enjoy the place more!

The lodge is very quite and in the middle of the nature, and still only 1-2 minutes drive from a supermarket and restaurant.

Booked a 1 night stay for my family of 4 at Forever Blyde...
Booked a 1 night stay for my family of 4 at Forever Blyde River Canyon. The viewpoint was exceptionally beautiful. The pool area is really nice and the overall resort is very clean and well maintained. Quiet and peaceful.
The 4 sleeper chalet is not something I would book again in it's current state.

Great Restaurant and food..They should hire out emergency lights for load shedding as they leave 3 candles in the units but is very little light for such darkness...or have solar lights outside with battery backup for guests to navigate.units need upgrades..taps are cheap and rusty..shower head is very cheap and basic..just changing these will uplift the unit tenfold.double bed is 2 single beds put together..not advertised as such hence false advertising...not comfortable at all.Other than this units are old but still neat.Definitely change the taps and shower head and the rest will still be acceptable.

Beautiful area, have a plan though of what it is that you would like to do as drives can get a bit long and exhausting.
Graskop is a must see!!! The three rondavels is absolutely breath taking from the forever resort upper viewing.
