Beautiful well located hotel. Just in front of the beach and right next to the shopping centre. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to leave early for the airport so they prepared a boxed breakfast for us. We thought that was a nice gesture. The hotel's restaurant is excellent. We had the Chateaubriant for two which was perfectly prepared just in front of us.

The room itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise over the Indian Ocean was a highlight of our trip. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet – a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food that catered to all tastes. The restaurant staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect: just a short walk from the beach and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether you're visiting for business or a relaxing holiday, Radisson Blu Port Elizabeth strikes the perfect balance between comfort, elegance, and convenience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They always had a smile on their faces, nothing was too much for them. The food was delicious and presentation was perfect. I would highly recommend their chicken wrap for lunch as this was by far the best I have ever had. The facilities are clean, comfortable and very well decorated. I would definitely recommend this facility for anyone travelling for business or even for a weekend breakaway.
