Already at the welcome the whole team was there for a warm reception. During my whole stay the service was frist-class and full of awareness. Also with my special diet everything was great. The meals where quite much and deliciuos - and you can always step into the kitchen for a talk. The equipment was more then complete and the pool had a wonderful temperature. The surrounding is just incredible and also the game drive was astonishing! As this is Southafrica and a a "bit" abroad it is clear that there is no highway until the gardendoor - but it is very good reachable.
