The staff at Pumula were some of the friendliest people I have ever met. My wife and I were so well looked after. The staff and management will bend over backwards to accommodate their guests. Could not rate them highly enough. The food was absolutely exceptional. Not one bad meal. At the end, my wife and I tried to change our travel plans to stay another night because we had such a great experience.

The property was beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the streaming services like Netflix and Showmax was a lovely touch. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, kids play area was well maintained. The kids really enjoyed. Overall the property exceeded our expectations.

Our stay at C-Batical Hibberdene was truly exceptional. Check-in was a breeze, and right from the start, communication with the host was outstanding — he kept us informed and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The apartment itself was beautiful, with all the amenities a family could ask for to make our time there comfortable and relaxing. One of the best features was the easy access to the beach, which was an added bonus, allowing us to enjoy the serene coastal atmosphere whenever we pleased. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The host is amazing. She called to check on us as we were super delayed and made sure we got the right directions. We were coming from a destination wedding and arrived at the property in the early hours of the morning and she still welcomed us with a smile. The location is very convenient, on the R102 and very easy to find. The area is safe and a walking distance to a private beach. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Kitchen well equipped and the lounge is nice and cozy.
