Very nice, clean and cozy studio, with everything needed for a short stay. Very close to the airport. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We had to extend our stay in Joburg but this one was already booked for the following day, so we booked the other apartment which was also very nice. There is a good cafe just across the street. We won’t hesitate to book again when we’re back in Joburg.

Steve and Lance are excellent hosts. Very friendly and accommodating. Great location and lovely house and grounds. I arrived on a rare quiet night and was in the elephant suite. The suite was lovely and spacious with lots of amenities and being removed from the rest of the house was quiet and private. Well worth a visit.

I liked that the place is in a quiet environment, and the privacy is top notch , however the place needs improvement on the cleanliness of the cupboards, spilled staff in the cupboards, check if there are leftover foods before other guests check in, I asked for the television to be updated but nothing was fixed until I checked out ,

Very friendly owners and staff. Home from home. Very helpful with every request and helped to get back my phone left in the Uber. Terrific service, excellent people and staff. Good food available at B&B.. Shopping centre 1.6 ks away had good restaurants. I will stay again.. good venue and staff

After reading all the previous reviews we had mixed feelings but were extremely impressed. We were made to feel very welcome, super impressed that our room was serviced daily, clean linen and towels provided. Wifi works, basic TV channels available, coffee provided and security for our vehicle was top notch. I would definitely recommend The Sun 1 Edenvale for everyone looking for affordable comfortable accommodation.

Had such a brilliant stay at Palm Estate. Steve and Lance are so accommodating and helpful ensuring that I had everything I needed. The facilities were exceptional with my own bathroom and coffee facilities. The pool area is the perfect place to spend some time in the sunshine too. I think this is great value for money. As a solo traveller I felt right at home and can’t wait to visit again!
