All of our clients had problems in there rooms.
All of our clients had problems in there rooms. We booked 1 sea- view, ( which was exceptional) and 5 ( garden view )
but got at the end on arrival only 1 sea view and terrible parkingarea view rooms... no garden view?? . All of the back rooms had issues: either bathroom lights not working,, TV volume control not working, generally those rooms needs revamp, especially the bathrooms needs urgent revamps. Especially room-7 you could hear everything happening in the kitchen.

Love the scenery, the landscape, and the very family-friendly atmosphere. It has a feel of Phuket, Thailand, with tropical vegetations and the roads up and down the hills. Recommend staying in the Salt Rock area at the Salt Rock Hotel: best food/drinks, service, and fantastic view of the Indian Ocean. We would definitely return to Ballito, Salt Rock area whenever we get a chance!

Food is great.
There is a lovely take away vibe cofeeshop in Salt Rock, called "Salt". It has the best croissant.
Love the seafood at Mozambique
We also always go to Tazos - Seafood and Tapas... Yum
Good spar at Ballito Beach.
Best to swim in the early mornings before the wind picks up
I got wrong apartment, I booked for 2 bedrooms, then you moved my booking to ocean view apartment where I got one bathroom all of us with the children, 16 years boy and 8 years were sharing twin bed and not in their room at the open space between sitting room and the kitchen.. I was so disappointed on my arrival. I will Never book at Ballitobay holiday in my life, you are not honest, and you returned R1000 deposit after 9 days instead of 5 days according to your rules on the imnidimity form, so disappointed.
The property is in a beautiful area. However the apartments are very run down and not kept fresh and clean. Peeling paint,Moulded smell, curtains not gliding and most windows and all blinds not working. It could have been a little cheaper considering how run down it really is. Bookings pictures are lovely but the place is not well looked after. We had no cleaning services and I am not sure if I paid in the total amount which cleaning services where added.excellent view and spotless swimming pool .
We absolutely loved how equipped the apartment was. We had everything we needed to make our own meals and do some laundry when we ended up running out of clothes. The apartment is also central to loads of restaurants as well as Ballito Junction and close to the beaches. Additionally, the apartment is excellently decorated and feels very homey. The owner (Veronica) also keeps in touch and has excellent suggestions, so be sure to try them!
This was the 2nd time I booked this unit in the last year. Definitelytly will recommend this unit which boasts a great aesthecially appealing unit, ample space, comfort, perfect views of the sea and literally on the beach. Will be my go to accommodation in Ballito. Even though staff are not based at the acommodaton, they assist promptly and always check up if everything is in order.
I left my pair of shorts in the room when I checked out on the 9th. I went back on the 1st of May to check if they had been found and yes, they were neatly packed away and labelled with my name. I was ecstatic! My faith in humanity was restored, they were a gift from my niece. Thank you to the professional hotel staff. 🤗
It was close to the Capital hotel and it has a shuttle to take you to some places inside Zimbali. The partial sea view was a bonus. A balcony, we enjoyed staying in the balcony and just looking at the pool, the ocean and the monkeys.
The buffet breakfast offered an excellent choice of food options which was freshly prepared, and plentiful. The staff was helpful and cheerful. The hotel made us feel very welcome, and spoilt us for our wedding anniversary.
I love La Montagne for the every possible reason, from the food, to the staff, to the breathtaking view, all the way to the access to the beach!! Needless to say, the Ballito Steps right behind, SUPER CONVENIENT!!!
The location is excellent - right on the beach. The property is well equipped and very comfortable. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the bustle of old Ballito makes keeping yourself entertained very easy.
Lovely comfortable unit .Lovely shower , soft and clean bathtowels, heated bath rails :)
Close to the hotel. Easy access to the Fireroom resturant. Easy access to the hotel for breakfast.
Beautiful views.
