In the most gorgeous position on the coast with very attentive staff wanting you to have a relaxing time. The room was outstanding with everything thought of. Dinner was incredible out overlooking the ocean. The food was honestly outstanding!

This is an amazing place. The architecture is modern but not cold because of the intelligent combination of glas, metal and wood. The surroundings are very quiet and green with lots of trees. When you enter the building the view through the large and high windows of the lounge on both the infinity pool and ocean is really breathtaking. The room (a suite) is large and offers the same stunning views. The furniture and decoration give you a homey feeling. Hospitality is not a vain word here. Definitely a place for relaxing where you should stay at least two days.

The staff was very nice and helpful. As we unexpectedly had to rush and check out earlier in the morning, they made a super quick breakfast for us. I also loved, that we could refill our water bottles.

This was our third stay at Canelands and definitely won’t be our last. The situation is spectacular and the staff are really lovely. We are close to our niece and her family , whom they also welcome with open arms . Can’t fault it .

Ballito very beatifull lots to do, our acomadation very disapointing. A let down it is very neat and tidy but noise levels over weekends are terrable, couldent sleep. And getting in and out of complex is a tidies proses. No manager on site only security.

Ballito is always great to visit.

Ballito is always great to visit. The area has lots to see and lots to do. We visited the Ballito Lifestyle Centre and ate at 45 On Eat Street, the food was exceptional. Will definitely be back to holiday or visit soon.

The whole experience was great.

The whole experience was great. The apartment had everything we needed, with towels and fresh linen & was clean & tidy. Each bedroom and the lounge/dining room had fans. No electricity cuts & water pressure was good. The sea view was amazing and refreshing!

Ballito is well kept, clean and has a friendly hospitality...

Ballito is well kept, clean and has a friendly hospitality staff including Municipality workers who not only take care of cleanliness but also assist one in their navigation of the area. Importantly, safety is not compromised. The security staff kept an eye on my car which was the last in the parking area in Spar.

If you’re visiting for fun it’s problematic somehow you must...

If you’re visiting for fun it’s problematic somehow you must clean the facilities before going as they take a deposit of R1000. Basically the facilities must be left as you found them,scrub the pots,wash the dishes as they don’t want anything dirty so it’s more like a home not for vacation or just use the room for sleeping only to avoid washing the dishes . There are so many activities around we walked to the beach, there is crocodile creek around too,however we went to uShaka marine . We cooked in the apartment. Very easy to get to Ballito

The stay at Coco De Mar was superb . From the warm hospitality of the staff to the cleanliness of the restaurant and pool area was magnificent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, Fabien has done an excellent job in that regard. The overall experience was fantastic, a truly world-class gem in the heart of Ballito on Compensation Rd. This is the prime-time boutique hotel in Ballito to stay at.
