Where do we start? What an amazing experience from the reception with Mr Hali, Mr Kemal and the lovely Ms Medine who ensured we had a great room but also saw to our every need. Our concierge and Valet Mohamad was also very attentive. We had one issue when the pool stopped service for food so even though it was extremely windy being the sun deprived Brits we were, Ms Duygu from guest services ensured she spoke to the F AND B manager Mr Emirjaan who ensured we were served even though kitchen was closed. As a gay couple with our New baby on the Turkish half of Cyprus, we felt extremely welcome and happy. This was a concern and i am sure many travellers like us would be worried but i can assure you the Concorde is truly a internationally fabulous hotel. We were going to cross and go to the Greek side of Cyprus before we head home but after 2 amazing days we cancelled our booking at a 5 star hotel on South and decided to rebook at the Concorde Tower instead and leave straight back to Uk from here. We booked this hotel by chance for its proximity to the Near East Hospital, but we were so happy we did. Well done guys and we will see you on Thursday again. Fantastic. Amazing. Superb are just some of the words I would use to describe the hotel and especially the staff. Ms Pumi in Fornacetti restaurant was also very attentive, especially as we had a little 2 month old. We could not be more happy.

The best hotel I've had in all Cyprus witin the same line of budget. Excellent location, antique house with objects kept, refurbished witj a lot of taste. very confortable bed, clean and all you need in the room including slipers. Staff were great! 10 stars! I recommend also the restaurant, really authentic and reasonable budget.

Clean, comfortable ,and value for money Relax in the pool or roof top bar gave you a real VIP feel Staff were really friendly and helpful With breakfast…. wow buffet was amazing and chef available for omelettes of your choice. Being a solo traveler I stayed for 8 days Wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Short taxi ride to old town , buses stop right outside so easy to get about the island ….only £4 to Famagusta Spacious,lively , bustling food bar at the front of hotel called Mekensy offering a mixed selection of food and non alcoholic beverages is first class but well affordable prices
