The young receptionist was very friendly and extremely accomodating, he did his best to help us and his english was very good so it was enjoyable to speak with him about Prizren and Kosovo. All other staff were very friendly as well. The location is really good as it is just a nice short wall away from the center and the main points of the city.

The staff was really nice ,they were lovely people. The room was clean and perfect. Everything was in order and the hotel was just a few minutes away from the centre.

Location close to the fortress,clean,the staff waited for us until midnight,they served 4 of us breakfast past the closing time they even went e brought a desired coffee from outside to fulfil our order,value for the money i will highly recommend and we will visit them again on the return journey
