The location was beautiful! The owners, the manager and the staff are all super friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast, lunch and dinner are really great with delicious dishes with fresh ingredients. There is also a wide choice for vegetarians which is great! The restaurant is very cozy and has a beautiful view over the bay, with a terrace right on the water. The PADI dive center of Turtle Bay Lodge is conveniently located next to the restaurant and is practically furnished with many different items, such as kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, etc. There is also a nice shop at the reception with beautiful merchandise to have a nice memory of your stay. The dive sites are very close to Turtle Bay Lodge, close to several nearby islands. You can also snorkel in front of the restaurant, which is great. The atmosphere throughout the site is very relaxing and you can enjoy yourself in a hammock under the trees. At the reception you can arrange any excursions you want to do, or even rent a buggy if you want to go out on your own. Santo island is so beautiful, with such friendly people!

Kathy was the absolute best host ever! She helped me with anything during my stay & more. I stayed 6 nights & she makes you feel like at home. She is around at any time to ask questions. The place itself is really clean, facilitys work amazing & the beds are comfy! Supermarket is just opposite side of the street & a bus to town costs 150VT. Would definetely come back here!

This is the perfect place to stay. At first, I was a bit disappointed it wasn't closer to the resort so we could walk there for meals, but it took me only moments to realise how wrong I was and this place was a hidden gem! This gorgeous spot has the most beautiful beachfront with some incredible snorkelling. It was just bliss. Getting to the resort for some of our meals was still accessible and easy, as our hosts could drop us off and pick us up for a small fee. I am so glad I brought over some food from the main island; I wish I had packed more because there were great cooking facilities! If you are bringing kids, make sure you bring some card games, soccer balls and other little things because you won't want to leave!

Our host Esline was super nice and kind, giving us an upgrade and inviting us for a delicious dinner prepared by her. The housekeeping lady Lina and his family are so nice and sweet and they made our stay amazing. Ginger the dog is very nice too :) the rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped, right in front of the villas there is a nice and accessible spot for swimming (there is a wreck too), when the sea is calm it is a nice place to snorkel. Lisa and Mary-Jane were very accommodating when our flights to Santo were delayed by several days. Then when we arrived they were so helpful finding ways for us to do everything we wanted to in the short time we were able to stay. The whole hotel feels like a time machine to the 70s (which we absolutely loved) and everything was clean and well maintained. Thank you so much for such a great stay, we'll be back next time 😊

Turtle Bay Lodge is pure paradise! 🌴 Stunning waterfront location, spotless and comfortable rooms, and food that’s absolutely delicious. The staff and management are amazing — so warm, welcoming, and always going above and beyond. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Vanuatu! Highly recommend.
