Newly under the Radisson name and it's absolutely fantastic! The hotel was absolutely 10/10 and definitely a 5 star hotel. The location has great views from the rooms with the Bay View option. Definitely book here if you are looking for a great hotel

Our stay at Kim‘s family hotel was really amazing! We stayed only one night, but Emma was so super welcoming, the room was clean, scented very nicely and the breakfast was simple, but very delicious! Emma booked a cruise daytrip for us, and also a bus to Ha Giang to do the Ha Giang Loop, all of these activities were really incredible! Our cruiseship arrived a little late so Emma arranged everything for us (brought luggage and drivers) to catch the bus in time. Really great experience, I can 100% recommend this place to anyone!!

We travelled across Vietnam for two weeks, staying in different places and always choosing quality hotels to make our journey truly enjoyable. This one exceeded all expectations in every possible way! The beach was clean with a gentle, shallow entrance to the sea. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and featured a large balcony with breathtaking ocean views. Breakfast selection was so rich and varied that it was impossible to try everything — a real feast! The SPA massage was excellent, and I highly recommend booking a session. If you can, try the VIP Club offer — it’s a great experience with delicious snacks and high-quality cocktails. The staff consistently performed above expectations — attentive, kind, and professional. We would definitely love to come back

This property offers full amenities and boasts a prime beachfront location, allowing guests to enjoy breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay right from their rooms. The infinity pool is stunning, and although there is a small fee to access it due to the property being a homestay apartment, the price is very reasonable. We were also warmly and attentively assisted by the host, which made our stay even more pleasant.
