Beautiful surrounding garden area, lots of plants and very pretty rice fields. The room was spacious, clean and relaxing. On arrival after a long and sweaty bicycle trip, I was greeted with ice tea and bananas. Room has AC and a fan. The lady was very very kind and insisted she pumped up the tyres on my bike for me despite me insisting I do it myself. A short bike ride to the town, lots of beautiful temples to visit

Maison du Pays is one of the best homestays in the Mekong delta area, they also have great food and overall it has a very good value for money, in fact people go there from Ho Chi Min just to stay for one night but mainly to sample their food which as i said is top quality.

Remote feeling location. The location is stunning, beautiful lodges over waterlily ladden pond. Borrow bicycles or enjoy a mini guided canoe trip around the pond (fishing was offered too). The whole place was an experience. The lodge rooms are very clean and spacious as are the bathrooms.The air conditioning was excellent. Fast WiFi. Food: Breakfast was included for us (eggs, toast, fruit and coffee/juice). You can ask for lunch and dinner provision (recommended as there is no where near to eat). The meals were really lovely, generous portions, homemade Vietnamese dishes. On the dining terrace, there's a fridge with reasonably priced drinks available. The family that runs it were lovely! (Needed Google translate to communicate).

Mekong Home is a family-run homestay, located on the stretch of Ham Luong River in Ben Tre. Guests can enjoy free use of bicycles, free WiFi access in entire area and free parking at a site nearby.

Pure authentic luxury. We spend 3 days “on a high” in this beautiful little world created by Khoa and his team. Located just next to the river, it is an oasis of tranquility. Stylishly designed and with delicious food. The staff is so friendly and Khoa has plenty of activities up his sleeve to introduce you to the local lifestyle of the Mekong delta.
