Everything about the stay was magical and perfect. The location, the host Hoa and her family and team were wonderful and accommodating to your every need. The meals she prepared were delicious, and the heart was as warm as the weather. And I haven't even got to the magical sunsets yet!

This nature retreat is a gem! Stunning rooms with relaxing views and the delightful company of friendly animals (little dogs, cats, piglets, buffaloes and more!). Delicious, reasonably priced food on-site. They offer bike and scooter rentals and various tours (group or personalized) to explore the beautiful surroundings. Nice refreshing pool with hammocks. The enriching yoga and meditation sessions with Sylvie, offered both morning and evening, were a true highlight and a significant added value to my stay. Highly recommend for a truly immersive and restorative experience and adventurous getaway!

The owner is one of the kindest people I ve ever met.. trying at every stage of my stay to make sure I will have the best experience ever! He came to pick me up from the bus station at 11pm and then even cooked dinner for me! He told me I should not even pay the first day.. and waited for me to go back after 3 nights and pay then (I have booked 1 day before a cave adventure.. and one night after). He is very responsive through whatsapp. The room is simple but also very clean! About the location I am not 100% sure because I didnt really go out, but I rented a motorbike to move around during the day and everything was 10' . The river is very beautiful! For Breakfast he made me a sandwich and put it on paper so I could take it with me on my cave adventure. It really felt as if I am visiting family, who want to take amazing care of me :) I didnt feel like I was staying in a hotel.

Tu Tu and all your family, you were such wonderful hosts. We couldn't have had a better time, and we mean it. If you come to Phong Nha and are reading this comment on Booking, you must know this: Phong Nha Dawn Home is the best Homestay we've been too in Vietnam. Stay here!!!! Tu and her husband picked us up from the bus station at 2AM! Free of charge, and they do it basically every night. They offer a bed to stay the night or a room for a very reduced price if they have any available. Breakfast is amazing, please have the banana pancakes! And the swimming pool, pool table... Such a wonderful place. We loved having a family dinner with her and other guests, for a very cheap price!! Even beer was cheap. Please, consider doing that too to enjoy a beautiful night in the best company. It looks like I work for Tu and her family, but I just cannot emphasize enough how nice they were and how welcomed we felt. Thanks for everything!

Everything ! The place is quiet, comfortable, super clean. The staff was lovely, always available to help us to plan our trip (tour in the cave, pick up and drop off at bus station, bus ticket...).
