A beautiful, brand-new hotel with spacious and stylish rooms, incredibly friendly staff, and a great breakfast with plenty of options — including a delicious banana smoothie! You can rent bicycles for free or a scooter at a very reasonable price. The lovely woman at the front desk even sat down with us to help plan what sights we could realistically visit in just 1.5 days — super helpful! And what really made it perfect: the large swimming pool with an amazing view! It has both a deep and a shallow section, so it’s ideal for everyone. Highly recommended — we wish we could have stayed longer!

The property is recently build, so everything is still very new. The view from the terrace over the rice fields and limestone mountains is beautiful. The owners are super friendly and will to everything to make you feel comfortable. Also, renting a motorbike or a bicycle at the guesthouse is possible for a low price, to be able to go to the Tam Coc town quickly or to explore the beautiful surroundings of this place!

The property is brand new, their rooms would be £100+ a night in the UK. The rooftop bar, where breakfast is served, has stunning panoramic views. It is sleekly designed, competently constructed and tastefully furnished. Sulli, the receptionist, is wonderfully welcoming, speaks perfect English and is able to help with absolutely anything you should need. She booked my bicycle hire, it arriving in minutes for a great price, she even booked my bus to my next location, getting a price I couldn’t find anywhere online or in local travel agencies. Always there, eager to help me, always smiling. The man who makes breakfast was always very smiley and welcoming too, and makes a great egg banh mi! He even gave me a lift to the bus stop when it came time to leave, which was really nice. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, if you go to Tam Coc you have to stay here!

The view is 10/10. Only a few minutes walk into town. Food was great. Beer is cold and cheap. Table tennis table and a pool table. Hammock. We rented both a bicycle and motorbike, both were good. A nice little touch was the small staircase up to the top bunk, so much nicer than a ladder. Duc is a proper laugh, him and his family were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Also this place is so cheap a proper bargain for what you get. Do yourself a favour and stay here!!

This is a new hotel located in a quiet side street with newly equipped and modern rooms. Also the bathroom was large and everything was very clean. The hosts were friendly and took very good care of us. We were the only guests this night but they made a delicious breakfast just for us. Also taking care of our luggage at checkout day was not a problem and we were even allowed to shower again when we picked up our things. We can really recommend this accommodation if you're looking for a comfortable stay at a good price.

Brand new property, the owner was so lovely and accommodating. We arrived of a sleeper bus almost 2 hours early and made the mistake of not even thinking about having somewhere booked in case, we couldn’t check into our hostel being that it was 3am. I message heartfelt and got an instant reply. No extra charge for early check in, bed made up on arrival with a perfect hot shower and comfortable bed. In a great location too. A few minutes walk from main town.

The bed was a king size, comfiest bed I have slept in all Vietnam, also the air con worked, having your own bathroom and shower, and the staff were super lovely. Loved the stay here felt super luxurious.

I had a wonderful experience at Lighthouse Hotel in Ninh...

I had a wonderful experience at Lighthouse Hotel in Ninh Binh. The hotel is located in a convenient location, near markets and attractions, making transportation easy. Rooms are clean, comfortable and fully equipped with amenities. In particular, the receptionist is very friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to assist customers. The hotel also provides a private cooking area and dining table for guests, creating a feeling of home. The yard is spacious and airy, providing a relaxing space after days of exploration. I will definitely return to Lighthouse Hotel on my next trips to Ninh Binh.
