The room is big, very comfortable, quiet and has a helpful washing machine. The hotel is quite far from the main touristic spots (for example the old quarter), nothing that a taxi or Grab bike doesn't solve it. The staff are very polite, helpful and speak perfect english. I would absolutely stay here again if I want to keep a little bit of distance from the crazy and noisy main spots of Hanoi.

Everything was lovely from the top to bottom. The room was spotless, breakfast was good, and the hotel service was incredible! I felt taken care of crossing the threshold of the front door! The location is fine too, it is take like a 15/20 min to Old Quater by bike.
