The afternoon receptionists, Uyen and Tien, were wonderful. Uyen was friendly and attentive, Tien was very helpful, both spoke excellent English, played with our child, and even helped warm my baby’s milk. Their care made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

Great little hotel in a rather quiet street, but with plenty of coffees, restaurants and shops close by. It is a bit far from the old town, which for me was great because the old town is very touristy and busy. The executive room is on the last floor (floor 6, note that the lift stops at floor 5); it was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.
