The family is extremely lovely and made me and my boyfriend feel very welcomed. They did everything to make us have a pleasant stay, it's a very authentic homestay where you get to have dinner with them and eat the food from their garden (they prepared such delicious vegetarian food for us) and you get to discover the Vietnamese culture. If it would be possible I would rate it even more than what it's possible.

Everything was perfect. Awesome location, great staff and unique accomodation. As it is a little bit out of the main centre to properly enjoy it you should either be able to ride motorbike or bicycle. Bicycle hire was free and the roads are quiet so very nice to bike around to the attractions. On site restaurant and food was also great.

I really loved staying here. The rooms were spacious and clean and the owners of the homestay were really friendly: they always went out of their way to help you. When I hurt my leg, they even offered to take me to the doctor the next morning if it still hurt a lot. Furthermore, my suitcase was damaged a little by a driver (on accident) when I departed and my luggage unfortunately didn’t fit, so I had to wait for new transportation. Even though this was not their fault at all, they offered me compensation for the damage to my suitcase because they felt guilty, even after I mentioned that it was okay and that it was not their fault. While waiting, they also offered a spare guest room to me. The only thing I would keep in mind when choosing this accommodation is that it’s a bit further away from places like Hoa Lu ancient capital and Tam Coc, however if you don’t mind this like I did, I would 100% recommend staying here - the nature around here is beautiful as well and Grab is pretty affordable, or you could rent a motorbike. If I were to return to Ninh Binh one day, I would definitely come back here.

Everything was perfect. Awesome location, great staff and unique accomodation. As it is a little bit out of the main centre to properly enjoy it you should either be able to ride motorbike or bicycle. Bicycle hire was free and the roads are quiet so very nice to bike around to the attractions. On site restaurant and food was also great.
