"Our one-night stay was excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They assisted us in booking a day trip to the Phong Nha caves and kindly held our luggage after we checked out. Room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room is quiet! The hotel owner is very nice and friendly. His name is Quang. He asks what you need and can he help you? I booked his tour to visit Phong Nha cave and Paradise cave. After the trip ended, he still asked me if I enjoyed the trip or not? I really appreciate his attention and behind the scenes. The next day, he called me early for a taxi early in the morning to catch my train. Thank you Quang very much!

The hotel is really good. Room is big, very comfy and very quiet. The breakfast was the best I got in Vietnam, lots of choices and good quality of the food. Is super easy to reach the hotel from the train station.
