Fantastic location, comfortable clean rooms, really nice breakfast too. What makes this place though, is the amazing staff who were all so lovely and attentive - especially Daff, Tracy and Macie. Shortly after we arrived we realised we had picked up the wrong suitcase at Hanoi airport (goodbye suitcase we thought), Daff was amazing in calling the airport lost property and eventually locating it for us! Super helpful arrival information and tips on what to do, and things to be aware of. Excellent stay!

We loved everything about our stay at Acoustic!! The rooms are clean and well sized (we stayed in the junior suite). The little balcony was nice to sit in and soak in the morning scenes. The hotel is perfectly located on a quaint street and away from the noisy areas of the old quarter. It’s a short walk to the main spots in the old quarter but still away from the hectic hustle and bustle so it was perfect. The breakfast at the hotel was good. But what made Acoustic exceptional for us was the staff!! They are the best! Kim and Martin were amazing and kind and helpful and the sweetest people ever! When I come back to Hanoi, I know I will definitely stay here again and also recommend staying at Acoustic to anyone visiting Hanoi!
