The lobby, bed, and bathroom are all clean and convenient. However, the staff wasn't really warm, except for one person who helped me check in. He was really nice and communicative. Unfortunately, I don't know his name, but I checked in on November 24th around 8-8:30 pm. A shoutout to him (he wore glasses). The location is perfect! Walking distance to city center so I don't need to book online transportation.

The Mai House Saigon was our favorite hotel in Vietnam (and in South East Asia actually). The rooms are nice and classy, they provide luxury condiments and super-comfy large beds. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The location is great, you can reach all famous sights easly by walking. The restaurant is just extraordinary. Breakfast is an absolute feast with everything you could ask for. We also had the new years dinner which was just out of this world. Pure decadency.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, close to many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They provided excellent service and made sure everything was taken care of. The facilities were well-maintained, especially the swimming pool and restaurant, which offered a great variety of delicious food. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I look forward to coming back in the future.

The best hotel we stayed in of our one month of discovering Vietnam. The sauna and jacuzzi in the room plus big projector was amazing combination. It’s really affordable and easily reachable with Grab. The reception works great, speaks enough English and lets you stuff or weight your luggage. We are super amazed with this place and wish to could stay here longer!
